TERMS & CONDITIONS: Because of the deeply dark and disturbing nature of the tour and some places visited, participants under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on any of our public tours. No exceptions. Cincinnati Tours, Inc. reserves the right to deny tour entry to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated or is otherwise disruptive. No refunds will be given in this situation. Tours leave promptly at the times listed. To adhere to our schedules and for the courtesy of our guests, tours cannot be delayed for those arriving late.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for this tour. Any cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full without credit being issued. No Shows on tour dates will be charged 100% with no credit being issued. No Shows due to late arrival will be charged 100% with no credit
being issued. Reschedules are at the discretion of Haunted Cincinati Tours.
Weather: Tours will go on unless weather conditions pose a major threat to participants of the tour. In this extremely rare case, all guests with reservations will be contacted directly and will be given the option of a refund or rescheduling. Any cancellations due to weather are solely the decision of Cincinnati Tours, Inc.

ABOUT THE TOUR: This is no ordinary ghost tour. We are known for being authentic. The tour is dark and sometimes a little more than scary. This is not a tour where you will ride around for hours staring out the windows. You will personally investigate some of the most actively haunted sites in the city with ghost hunting equipment we provide. The tour is approximately 2 1/2 hours in length.
Because the tour route can vary from night to night, we do not provide an itinerary. Some of the locations we will visit are notorious, while others are not as well known. Each location has been thoroughly researched and investigated to provide an extremely authentic experience.
We cannot guarantee that any of the sites visited on the tour will produce a supernatural occurence or ghostly phenomenon, but we cannot guarantee that they won't either.

Dan Smith
When Dan was a teenager, he and his family experienced intense poltergeist activity. Wanting to further understand what happened to him, he began studying paranormal phemonema. With more than 15 years experience, he has done countless investigatons and faced everything from residue hauntings to demons. In 2008, he cofounded Cincinnati Tours, Inc. and works today to legitimize the paranormal field by passing on his knowledge to others.
Teri Casper
Having been a skeptic, Teri has slowly become a believer after encountering spirits and participating in many paranormal investigations. She cofounded Cincinnati Tours, Inc. in 2008 and is known as "Casper" the friendly ghost host. Through her technical knowledge of ghost hunting equipment, she is able to help others find and document paranormal activity.

(a left exit). Proceed east on Fifth Street four blocks to Fifth and Vine.

From southbound I-71, take the exit for Downtown/Riverfront/Third Street. Bear right onto Third Street. Turn right at Vine Street and proceed north two blocks to Fifth and Vine.
I-71/I-75 North
From northbound I-75/I-71, follow signs across the river. Take the Fifth Street exit and proceed east four blocks to Fifth and Vine.

Follow I-471 north over the bridge. Take the Sixth Street exit (6B) toward Downtown. From Sixth, turn left on Walnut Street. Fountain Square is located one block south on Fifth between Walnut and Vine.
